Weightlifting! I find weightlifting to be relaxing, in a way it helps me clear my mind as I find myself focused on my workouts. The heavier the better!

What is your chosen discipline? Why do you love it?
Since I was a kid I was always interested in science. Always wanting to know how things worked and how they were built I chose engineering as my career discipline.
