Dibble CM is excited to announce the successful renovation of the Mesquite Groves Aquatic Center in Chandler, AZ! Our team provided preconstruction assistance, construction management, inspection services, and project closeout.

Originally built in 2008, the lap pool began leaking in 2021. This renovation extended the pool shell, replaced the 350-foot recirculating gutter system, upgraded the lighting conduit, installed 17 new 500W LED lights, and revamped 8,400 square feet of pool decking. The pool reopened on May 25, 2024 in time for Memorial Day weekend.
