Do you have a hobby? Tell us about it.
Yes, I ride a dirt bike. I started riding when I was 10 years old. Rode and raced until I was in my early 30’s and then quit to raise a family. Started again in my 50’s. Riding is my therapy, and it is one of the few things I can do while being 100% present.

What is your chosen discipline? Why do you love it?
Construction Management. Being a part of delivering a finished product is very rewarding.

If you could write a book about your life, what would the title be and why?
Plan B. The majority of my career was spent in a Construction Management role in the thriving Arizona land development industry. The downturn in 2007 caused me to redefine myself professionally.

What’s one thing you’re learning now, and why is it important?
Cloud-based project management software.
