Victory Acres Neighborhood Pavement Preservation and ADA Improvements

Dibble CM is providing construction management and inspection for two separate projects for the City of Tempe that will occur simultaneously. Both projects include improvements to the City of Tempe’s Victory Acres neighborhood—pavement preservation and ADA improvements.

Dibble’s construction management services include reviewing the contractor’s pay applications, evaluating the contractor’s change order requests, conducting weekly progress meetings, and maintaining files and documentation related to the project. We are also providing on-site construction inspection activities, quality assurance testing, quality control, and project closeout services.
