Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation (Phase 2)

As part of their Wastewater Sewer Assessment Program, the City of Chandler is rehabilitating 66 manholes. These manholes are located on 56^th Street from Chandler Boulevard to south of SR 202L Santan; on Chandler Boulevard near 54^th Street; on Hunt Highway from McQueen Road to Cooper Road; and on Cooper Road north of Hunt Highway. The scope includes completing two manhole inserts, fully coating eight manholes, and partially rehabilitating and/or repairing 56 manholes.

Dibble CM is providing preconstruction assistance, construction management, construction inspection, and coordination of quality control testing. We are also conducting weekly construction meetings; reviewing requests for information, submittals, requests for proposals, field directives, contractor payment applications, and the project schedule; and providing project closeout and record drawings.
