Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation (Phase 1)
As part of their Wastewater Sewer Assessment Program, the City of Chandler is rehabilitating 26 manholes. These manholes are located on Andersen Boulevard south of Ray Road; on Ray Road near Andersen Boulevard; and on McClintock Drive north of SR 202L Santan. The scope includes completing seven manhole inserts, fully coating 11 manholes, and partially rehabilitating and/or repairing eight manholes.
Dibble CM is providing preconstruction assistance, construction management, construction inspection, and coordination of quality control testing. We are also conducting weekly construction meetings; reviewing requests for information, submittals, requests for proposals, field directives, contractor payment applications, and the project schedule; and providing project closeout and record drawings.
