McQueen Road Settlement Investigation and Repair

This project included the investigation and repair of road settlement on McQueen Road south of Queen Creek Road. The investigation determined that poor compaction of the native backfill material was the root cause. The contractor removed and replaced the existing roadway, curb, gutter, sidewalk, and median before backfilling and compacting.

Dibble CM provided preconstruction services; provided construction inspections; conducted weekly construction meetings; reviewed requests for information, submittals, requests for proposals, field directives, and contractor payment applications; and provided project closeout.
