East Mini Park Renovation

Dibble CM provided construction management and inspection services for improvements to the City of Chandler’s East Mini Park. Improvements included a new ADA-compliant playground, an ADA-compliant entry from Erie Street, a new concrete walkway, security fencing along the perimeter, drainage, a shade structure, new site furnishings, screening on the east side of the park, LED lighting, and landscape and irrigation improvements.

Dibble CM conducted weekly construction meetings, responded to requests for information, reviewed shop drawing submittals, responded to requests for information, prepared requests for proposals, and reviewed the construction schedule. We also prepared field directives, reviewed contractor payment applications, maintained files and documentation related to the project, provided construction inspection, conducted irrigation observations, and completed project closeout.
