Arrowhead Meadows Park Tennis and Pickleball Courts

Dibble CM provided construction management and inspection services for improvements to Arrowhead Meadows Park in Chandler, AZ. The 30-acre park offers various amenities to residents, including a pool, playground, tennis and pickleball courts, ramadas, and softball fields and was in need of an update to various facilities.

This project included removing and replacing the tennis and pickleball courts, replacing perimeter fencing, adding shade canopies, updating park amenities, landscaping, and enhancing irrigation. In addition to providing construction management and inspection, Dibble CM conducted weekly construction meetings; reviewed the construction schedule, requests for information, submittals, requests for proposals, field directives, and contractor pay applications; and conducted final closeout.
