10th Street Force Main
Dibble CM provided construction inspection services for the 10th Street Force Main project for the City of Avondale. The team attended biweekly construction meetings, measured and documented quantities, monitored quality control field testing, and observed and documented changed conditions. Dibble CM also conducted a final walk-through with the contractor, engineer, and City and provided project closeout.
The project replaced 2,105 feet of 12-inch ductile iron pipe (DIP) sewer force main with 12-inch-high-density polyethylene (HDPE) from the sewer lift station on Eliseo Felix Way to Van Buren Street, then on Van Buren Street between 127th Avenue to Fairway Drive. Dibble CM worked closely with several City departments to keep everyone updated, including shutdowns, tie-ins, pressure testing, disinfecting, and bypass pumping.
