Homestead North Park

Dibble CM provided construction management and inspection services for the Homestead North Park CMAR project. The City of Chandler’s goal to provide residents with parks within one square mile led to this project.

The park offers multiple areas of interest, including two play structures, shade structures, an open turf area, swings, sports courts, exercise equipment, ramadas, bike racks with a bicycle repair station, open space, drinking fountains, a lighted pickleball court, and a lighted walkway with direct access to Paseo Trail. The park design incorporated some unique concrete features, including stamped concrete to resemble railroad tracks.

As part of our construction management and inspection services, Dibble CM monitored the project’s progress including the construction schedule, documented quantities, reviewed contractor pay applications, conducted progress meetings, maintained files and documentation related to the project, and coordinated quality assurance testing.
