Higley Road and Bridges Boulevard Traffic Signal and Grade Break Improvements

Dibble CM provided construction inspection services for the Town of Gilbert’s new traffic signal at the intersection of Higley Road and Bridges Boulevard. The traffic signal ties into the Town’s signal system and accommodates increased traffic volumes in the area while increasing safety in the intersection. It will also provide future cross-access to Gilbert Regional Park from Bridges Boulevard and modified the median island to accommodate turn movements. Additionally, the project corrected the grade, constructed a 6’ valley gutter, and made ADA upgrades.

Dibble CM provided construction inspection services, including documenting the contractor’s work, maintaining files related to the project, documenting pay quantities daily, monitoring quality control, and coordinating quality assurance field testing. Dibble CM also provided project closeout services.
