Fire Station #10 Well Site Improvements
Dibble CM provided construction management and inspection services for site improvements to the Fire Station #10 well in Chandler, AZ. The site improvements included additional site security, site aesthetics to better blend in with the surrounding community, and proper grading and drainage. The project also ensured that the installation of on-site emergency backup is up to code and ready for operation in case of emergency.
Dibble CM attended weekly construction meetings; responded to requests for information, submittals, requests for proposals, field directives, and contractor payment applications; provided weekly construction inspection; and conducted project closeout.
