Deer Valley Road

Dibble CM provided construction administration and inspection services for this Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) roadway improvement project. The project, located in Phoenix, was completed in combination with Taylor Morrison’s future Sky Crossing development and Pinnacle High School.

The scope of work included drainage improvements, roadway widening, raised median, new LED streetlight installations, landscape improvements, salvage, and sidewalk improvements.

The City of Phoenix was the key stakeholder in this project. The project required extensive coordination with City Streets and traffic staff, maintenance of traffic flow during construction, sensitivity to nearby residents, and proactive management of our government client concerns.
