We’re excited to introduce Tommy as the newest Construction Inspector on our team, and we’re already benefiting from the strong skill set and hands‑on knowledge he brings to our projects.

Tommy joins Dibble CM with extensive experience as a materials tester, specializing in asphalt, concrete, slurry, and soil testing. His deep understanding of material requirements, testing procedures, and industry standards enables him to conduct inspections with precision and confidence. Beyond his technical background, Tommy brings valuable perspective from his military service and from owning his own construction company, giving him a well‑rounded understanding of field operations, contractor coordination, and on‑site decision‑making.

Since joining Dibble earlier this year, Tommy has been providing inspection services across multiple projects—verifying that work is built in accordance with plans, specifications, and standard details. His diligence, integrity, and commitment to quality have already made a positive impact in the field.
