Dibble CM is thrilled to welcome Xanthi Panos to the team as our newest Construction Manager. Xanthi will be working as Dibble CM’s Quality Assurance Construction Manager for the Yuma County Flood Control improvement project in Yuma, AZ. Xanthi’s role leverages her local expertise, and she is committed to supporting the needs of our Southern Arizona clients, particularly in Yuma County and the surrounding area. Dibble CM serves clients throughout Southern Arizona as well as the rest of the state.

Prior to joining Dibble CM, Xanthi spent 24 years as a CIP Project Manager for the City of Yuma. She also previously spent four years as a development engineer with Yuma County Development and eight years as a site developer in the U.S. Air Force Reserves at Davis Monthan Air Force Base. Xanthi holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from University of Arizona and an MBA from Webster University, and is a Certified Public Manager.
