The 127th Avenue Waterline Improvements project is located on 127th Avenue at Vermeerch Road, County Line Road, and Pioneer Road. Coordination is important for this project to minimize lane closures and traffic delays and to allow for local access for residents, businesses and emergency vehicles. The project is scheduled to be completed in July 2016.

The $4.7M project increases the capacity and safety along 91st Avenue between Butler Drive and Mountain View Road. Improvements include widening unimproved segments of 91st Avenue, raised landscaped medians, reclaimed water irrigation to all landscaping, new traffic signal at the intersection of 91st Avenue & Butler Drive, major storm drain improvements and water system improvements. Schedule management is crucial due to the upcoming 2015 NFL Pro Bowl and Super Bowl being hosted in nearby Glendale.
Dibble CM led the bidding process and construction for Starwood Land Ventures of this 100-lot residential community located in Maricopa County north of Phoenix. Major drainage improvements adjacent to a 404 wash were completed along with sanitary sewer, potable water, dry utilities, concrete, paving, landscape and retaining walls. Dibble CM facilitated communication between the client, design engineer, utility companies and contractor as well as management of all construction contracts with respect to schedule, budget and quality control.
This 42-lot gated residential community located in North Scottsdale was developed by AV Homes of Arizona. Dibble CM provided re-construction budgeting, scheduling and bidding services as well as construction management of all infrastructure and amenity improvements.
Dibble CM is the construction administrator on this project that moved 500,000 cubic yards of earth and placed 60,000 cubic yards of cement stabilized alluvium to create major improvements and protection of the Salt River banks in order to extend the south runway safety area.
Dibble CM is providing construction management and inspection services for the erosion control improvements along the runways and taxiways at the airport. This project will provide stability and protection of the soils adjacent to the runway and taxiway pavements and improve grading and drainage in the northeastern-most infield areas. This allows RSA standards to be met and positive drainage away from the pavements is maintained, and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) is minimized.
Dibble CM is providing inspection services for Avondale's Public Works Department as part of the City's Historic Avondale Enhancement Project. This project includes new sewer lines replacing the currently undersized system. New upsized waterlines are also being installed to provide better service to area residents and business as well as increased fire protection. These improvements are within Central and Western Avenues, making traffic control and monitoring of public safety a high priority.
